Yoga:

As for my own practice of yoga...


Through Aura Yoga I received my first teacher's certification of 240 hours with honors.  I continually update my education with InnerVision Yoga in Chandler, Tias Little in Sante Fe, NM and others teachers at various studios. Recently added another 300 hours by studying advanced kriya, pranayama, and japa yoga in India with Saji & Shajesh at the International Vasishta Yoga Research Foundation.
